Our next challenge kicks off on Sunday 12th of July 2020.

Our 6 week challenges are designed with sustainability and longevity in mind with a strong focus on developing the habits and behaviours that are needed for success.

The 6 week challenge is a focused period of time to connect with your goals and WHY you have the desire to achieve them and furthermore how the 6 weeks fits into your 6 months, 1 year and further on.

When one has a clear and strong WHY they can bear any HOW.

Here’s exactly what’s included in our challenges:

  • Pre-Challenge – Eating Lean Nutrition & Goal Setting Seminar – Set goals and know how to effectively achieve them & understand how to get the best results through optimal nutrition. (Wed 8th July 7.30pm)
  • Pre -Challenge Healthy Eating Shopping Tour – Learn how to effectively shop for best health and results! (Thurs 9th July 7.30pm @ Woollies Mortdale)
  • 6 week training program via your own app with habit forming reminders and alerts
  • Be held accountable by one of our assigned trainers and a team of others also doing the challenge!
  • INBODY composition analysis and before and after photos  Know where you’re at so we can devise a plan to get you to where you want to be – What gets measured, improves!
  • Full access to our classes and facility – be supported by our friendly team and others on the same journey as YOU!
  • Individualized nutrition guidelines – Everyone is different, eat right for your body type to achieve the best possible outcome!
  • Menus, meal plans and recipes – Real food, real tasty for real results!
  • Mental workout videos and daily motivational emails – Strengthen the mindset to strengthen the body!
  • Facebook messenger accountability and support group

While Group Exercise offers many benefits, the instructors are not always able to see and correct each individual class member
